The Fundamentals of Mergers & Acquisitions course aims at participants who have no, little or very limited M&A deal experience or insights. This course provides a broad overview of corporate mergers and acquisitions, an understanding of the conceptual framework and a review of empirical evidence. The course covers the M&A process, the historic pattern of mergers and acquisitions activity, financial, strategic, economic and managerial perspectives on M&A, paths to create value through mergers, fundamentals of the deal transaction, antitrust regulation, the bid process and post merger integration.

The Advanced Mergers & Acquisition courses aims at participants who have significant deal experience but would like to broaden their horizon to additional tasks in the M&A process which they have not worked on before, international deals or new industries. The course modules are tailored to the specific background and needs of participants. If you are interested in this course, please provide us with necessary information with regard to your background, interests and needs.

The Company Valuation course provides insights into the valuation of companies. It explains the different methods in-depth and valuation in various settings and industries. The valuation approaches are practiced in case studies and assignments.

M&A Trainings

We offer also trainings on M&A for corporations at their site. We tailor these trainings to meet their specific needs from MA Strategy, Human Resource related Issues to Post Merger Integration.
