Current Projects

• Improving the Success of Mergers & Acquisitions
  In cooperation with companies we investigate their past M&A activities to design a system which enables them to improve the success of their future M&A transactions.

• Mergers & Acquisitions in Selected Industries: Banking, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Airline Industry
  This project analyzes the M&A activity and transactions in these industries.

• Mergers & Acquisitions Activity in Selected Countries
  For selected countries, causes, characteristics and problems of M&A transactions are analyzed.

Studies

We conduct studies financed by third parties, if they are subject to our area of expertise. While conducting these studies we apply the latest state-of-the-art knowledge and the most advanced approaches on theoretical concepts and research techniques. Outcomes and conclusions of these studies however are not biased and cannot be influence by the sponsoring organization. Studies are either published or unpublished.
